Privacy

This site collects nothing about you. That is the whole policy, but here are the specifics.

What we do not do

  • No forms. There is nowhere on this site to enter your name, email, or anything else.
  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • No cookies. This site sets none.
  • No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no heatmap, no session recording.
  • No third-party requests. No embedded fonts, scripts, images, or widgets loaded from anyone else's server. Your browser talks to this site and nothing else.
  • No advertising or tracking networks. Nothing here is sold, shared, or brokered, because nothing is gathered.

How that is enforced

Not by promise. Understand Trusts sends a Content Security Policy that permits no external origins at all. If a script, font, or tracking tag were ever added to this site, your browser would refuse to load it. The guarantee is structural rather than a statement of intent.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests needed to serve pages, and its own logging is governed by its policies rather than ours. We do not add any tracking on top of it, and we do not receive, retain, or review per-visitor information.

If you contact the firm

Nothing on this site sends us anything. If you separately reach out to the law firm, that communication is governed by the firm's own terms — and, importantly, is not confidential or privileged until a representation has actually been agreed to in writing.

Children

This site is not directed to children and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this site ever adds something that collects information, this page changes first and the version below changes with it.
